These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCU”) are intended to provide legal framework for the terms of provision of the site and services and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User”. These GTCU are accessible on the site under the heading “GTCU”.

Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these GTCU by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these GTCU by ticking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the GTCU and I accept them”. The website offers the following services: Amos offers online tests aimed at detecting cognitive biases in users. Our services identify and raise awareness of cognitive biases, thus promoting more objective and informed decision-making. The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his/her expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to the reserved services. To do so, he/she must register by filling in the form. By accepting to register for the reserved services, the member User agrees to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his/her civil status and contact details, in particular his/her email address. To access the services, the User must then identify himself/herself using his/her username and password, which will be communicated to him/her after his/her registration. Any regularly registered member User may also request his/her deregistration by going to the dedicated page in his/her personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://amosassessment.com/. In these cases, the User thus accepts not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice. The User has the possibility to contact the site by email at the publisher's email address communicated in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3: Data collection

The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his/her personal data. The User exercises this right:

The trademarks, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright. The Amos Assessment trademark is a registered trademark of SATT Sayens. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or exploitation in part or in whole of this trademark, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited. The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. He/she undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by L.335-2 and following articles of the Intellectual Property Code. It is reminded in accordance with Article L.122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and his/her source.

ARTICLE 5: Liability
